em$ credits are controlled by the partners themselves, Expansive Worlds and theHunter.com has no control over the completion of the offers. If you have already contacted the partners help & support and they have responded that the credit was given please feel free to forward a copy of their response to us and we will credit your account accordingly. Some of the offers do take longer to post than what the partner has listed, this is due to region.

For help or support with our partners SponsorPay, Matomy, RadiumOne, SupersonicAds, trialpay, SuperRewards and TokenAds follow the instructions below. When in contact with an offer provider's support you sometime need to refer to your user ID. Your user ID can be found just just above the partner link buttons.

SponsorPay: Login to thehunter.com and navigate to Store> Hunter Store> Earn em$. Click on the SponsorPay link, The support link is located in the upper right corner.

Matomy: Login to thehunter.com and navigate to Store> Hunter Store> Earn em$. Click on the Matomy link, in the upper right corner you will see "Offer Status". In the Offer Status you will be able to lookup the status of the offer you completed. For support click on "Inquire about this offer" to the right of the offer you are concerned about.

RadiumOne: Login to thehunter.com and navigate to Store> Hunter Store> Earn em$. Click on the RadiumOne link, In the upper right you will see "missing em$". Click on the "Contact Support" link next to the offer in question.

SupersonicAds: Login to thehunter.com and navigate to Store> Hunter Store> Earn em$. Click on the SupersonicAds link, Click on "View Status: Total # earned. In the list of offers completed click on "Missing em$?" under status.

trialpay: Login to thehunter.com and navigate to Store> Hunter Store> Earn em$. Click on the trialpay link, The support link is located in the upper right corner. Under actions click on customer support.

SuperRewards: Login to thehunter.com and navigate to Store> Hunter Store> Earn em$. Click on the SuperRewards link, Click on "Get Help". Next to the offer in question click on "Help", read through the suggestions and if no resolution is found click on "Continue to the offer inquiry page" and fill out the inquiry form.

TokenAds: Login to thehunter.com and navigate to Store> Hunter Store> Earn em$. Click on the TokenAds link, Click on "Offer Status". Click on "Problem?" next to the offer in question.
