Can Not View Website, Spinning Loading Icons


If you are not able to view the website due to the spinning loading icons, check that you have Javascript enabled on your browser.

Internet Explorer 7.0+
1. Click the Tools icon in the browser toolbar
2. Choose Internet Options
3. Click the Security tab
4. Click Custom level in the Security Level zone
5. Scroll down until you see the header for Scripting. Ensure that the bullet for Enable under Active Scripting is checked
6. Click Apply, and then OK

Google Chrome
1. Click the Wrench icon in the browser toolbar
2. Choose Settings
3. Click Show Advanced Settings
4. Click Content settings in the Privacy section
5. Ensure that the bullet for Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended) is checked

Firefox 3.6+
1. Click the Tools menu from the top toolbar
2. Choose Options
3. Click the Content tab
4. Click the Enable JavaScript checkbox
5. Click OK


FireFox 23+

  1. In the address bar, type "about:config" (with no quotes), and press Enter.
  2. Click "I'll be careful, I promise"
  3. In the search bar, search for "javascript.enabled" (with no quotes).
  4. Right click the result named "javascript.enabled" and click "Toggle" (true). JavaScript is now enabled.
