We have created this article explaining the change to the Trophy Manager following the recent update.
With the latest update, the Trophy Manager now requires you to actively select a trophy before deleting it or retrieving it - simply highlighting it isn’t enough. This change was implemented as a second layer of protection
Note: Unfortunately, due to technical limitations, trophies that have been permanently deleted through the game cannot be restored directly by the game or support team.
Can lost trophies be recovered in another way?
We cannot restore deleted trophies on your behalf due to technical limitations. However, you may be able to recover lost trophies by restoring a previous save file. If you have a save from before the trophy was deleted, loading that save could return your trophies.
