Steps to send the customer service team the networking logs
For you to download the network log, you will need to do the following:
Firefox:
Step 1
On the page, right-click and press "Inspect".
Step 2
This screen will open; on the top, press Network. Once you see the above, click "Reload".
Step 3:
In the top right corner, click on the settings icon and click Import HAR file.
Chrome:
Step 1:
On the page, right-click and press "Inspect".
Step 2:
This screen will open; on the top, press Network. Once you see the above, click "Reload".
Step 3:
On the top, check the box "Preserve log." After that, click the down arrow and save the file on your device.
