1. If I do not like an item I just purchased can I get a refund?
No. Once items are purchased from the store they cannot be refunded. Please select purchases wisely.
2. Can I exchange the equipment with another with a different design?
No. Achievements are tied to each variation separately, and exchanges are not possible.
3. Why do I have 2 of some weapons?
It is possible to own 2 or more of each weapon and scope. In the past, confirming your email address or renewing your membership may have added some of the basic items even if you already owned them.
4. Can duplicate weapons be given to other players?
No. Items can not be transferred between accounts.
5. Can I remove duplicate weapons?
Yes. Submit a request selecting "Gameplay >> Inventory" and let us know which items you need to remove.
6. I own an item that is also available in a bundle. Can I get a discount or refund for the item if I buy the bundle?
No.
7. I bought an item at full price and now it is on sale the following day. Can I get a discount or a refund?
No. Sales do not apply retroactively.
8. I want to buy an item on discount but the price in gm$ is unchanged. Why?
Discounts only apply to purchases using em$. We cannot discount what is already free.
